All directions are looking downstream unless otherwise stated
Moel Y Garth Pools, Guilsfield (Two pools, disabled facility) Members Only No Day tickets. PLEASE READ NOTICE BOARD BEFORE FISHING
- Barbless hooks only (Maximum size 12)
- All feeders and bombs must be free running
- Landing nets must be used at all times
- Keepnets are not allowed except for OFFICIAL competitions
- No hooks to be left in the fish
- No handling fish with towels
- No tiger nuts, No boilies (What So Ever), No Floating baits
- 1kg of ground bait per person
- All fish to be returned
- No alcohol or drugs allowed on the fishery
- No waste bait to be thrown on the bank
- Gate must be locked at all time
- BAILIFFS WILL BE ABOUT THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

Head up Welshpool Main Street to roundabout and take second exit signposted
Guilsfield, continue for approximately 3 miles and pools are on the left hand side of the road. A key is required to access the pools. Keys are supplied with full and concessionary memberships.
Please do not enter surrounding woodland and park only in designated areas. Park within the pools car parks and not the layby.The lane leading from the layby is private property and therefore access on foot or by vehicle is strictly not permitted. Please keep the gate closed whilst you are fishing and upon leaving the pools.
River Severn, Lower Leighton, Welshpool
Species: Barbel, Chub, Dace, Pike, Trout, Grayling
At traffic lights in Welshpool take B4381 South for approximately 1 mile to the river bridge.
Fishing on the Left bank from road bridge for approximately 3/4 mile to Henfaes Brook.
River Vyrnwy, Great Dyffryd Farm
Species: Barbel, Chub, Pike, Grayling, Dace, Trout
From Welshpool take A438 towards Oswestry. In Llanymynech, turn right onto B4398 for approximately 2 miles, turn right at signpost for Dyffryd and follow the lane to the farm.
Park in the lane beyond the gate, fishing is 1/2 mile each side of the lane except for the first small field on either side of the lane.
River Banwy, Llanfair Caereinion
Species:Trout, Grayling,Chub)
Fishing on the right bank downstream from the town bridge for approximately 1/2 mile to the boundary fence.
River Camlad
Species:Trout, Chub, Dace, Eels
Take the B4388, Forden - Montgomery Road to the Stallow road bridge approximately 1 1/2 miles from Forden.
Fishing on the right bank upstream from bridge to signpost: downstream on right bank beyond railway bridge to Gaer road bridge.
Montgomery Canal (Disabled facility)
The canal is designated SSSI and therefore has a closed season

From Bridge 119a (Maes Y Dre Footbridge) to Bridge 115 (Heulwen Wharf).
